The Position


Financial Advisory offers an in-depth training experience where you will combine fundamental technical accounting skills with commercial and practical skills essential to understanding what makes a business viable and restructuring options available to clients facing challenging situations.


As a Forvis Mazars Financial Advisory Associate, you will work on a range of assignments including developing and executing strategies for assets under management, understanding restructuring and debt solutions and evaluating businesses to understand what makes them successful and where can they improve.


You will develop an understanding of risk management, commercial decision making and the skillset to identify the key drivers of businesses across a range of industries. You will have the opportunity to progress into leadership and relationship management roles with clients, who range from SME’s to private equity firms.


The role will enable you to develop analytic and technical skills as you learn to undertake company valuations, business reviews, financial modelling, debt advisory, liquidations, receiverships and examinerships. You will be working in a dynamic and high-paced setting, where every transaction offers new challenges and opportunities to learn.


Associates are encouraged to engage and assist with difficult assignments while also being guided on how to provide a best in class service.
