About our Internship Programme
When you join us as an intern, you're joining one of the fastest growing audit and advisory firms in the world.  You'll have the opportunity to find out what inspires you and experience being part of a firm that cares for it's employees.  You'll meet with clients and make a real contribution to client projects, learning from our experienced teams every step of the way.  As a fast-track to a trainee position this is your chance to get ahead before you've even left university.  Our paid internship will give you a real insight into professional life, enhance your personal brand and help you become part of the next generation of business leaders.

Your learning and career supports

We provide tailored personal and professional development from your induction and onboarding programme to gaining career insights and employability skills. We believe in the importance of our role in developing future leaders so begin this training with our interns. We assign each intern a buddy and mentor to guide you and help you ease into your new role.

Your environment

Caring is at the heart of what we do and our culture is value led and promotes respect and support. We encourage our teams to bring their whole self to work and require all interns to ‘give back’ spending at least 8 hours with one of our community programmes.

About you

• You must be available for a period of 12 weeks from early June to end of August 2026

• You’re working towards an honours degree, in any discipline

• You’re an excellent communicator who enjoys meeting new people

• You have great interpersonal skills and love working as part of a team

• You can prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

• You have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent computer-literacy skills
