The Position
You will be centrally involved in providing transaction support and financial due diligence services to our clients who are considering either acquiring a business or selling all or part of their business. This involves gaining a deep understanding of the dynamics of the business and how it operates, understanding the sector is which is operates, identifying the likely risks for the buyer of the business and the factors that drive the value of the business, and assisting our client in achieving the best outcome for them in the deal.
You will develop strong analytical and technical skills, learn to undertake company valuations and business modelling, and work in a dynamic and high-paced setting, where every transaction offers new opportunities to learn.

The skills acquired from your experience on the Forvis Mazars Transaction Services team will equip you with the technical skills and knowledge to become a professional in a wide variety of disciplines including continuing your career in Transaction Services, transitioning to Corporate Finance, Private Equity, other Merger & Acquisition related disciplines, or furthering a career in business generally.
